Hi, I’m Sierra Everhart (she/her) I have been at DSA since 6th grade. I never really did a lot of 3-D before I came to DSA, but I took a class in 7th grade and I have really enjoyed 3-D since. In my early high school years I did a lot of work with clay and found that it is a material I really enjoy working with since it is easy to mold and shape. Once I got into more advanced classes I was able to work with wood and found that was another material I liked. By working with wood I have been able to learn many new skills that I have been able to put to use around my family’s farm. While I will not be going into art in college I cannot wait to use my woodworking skills on a farm of my own some day.
